Job Description

  • Control the production of products according to schedules.
  • Supervise SMD and THT lines.
  • Analyze data related to production.
  • Write daily production reports and present them to the factory manager.
  • Supervise factory workers and ensure their performance.
  • Fix any production problems if updated.

Requirements

  • At least five years of managerial experience in a related field.
  • Work experience in line supervision.
  • Proficient in supervising SMD and THT lines.
  • Ability to manage a group in the factory.
  • Active and energetic.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics.
