Production Manager (Soft and Energy Drinks)

Job Description

Production Management:

• Oversee the entire production process for soft drinks and energy drinks, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to optimize efficiency and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and control production costs, minimizing waste and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards in manufacturing practices.

Supply Chain Management:

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to delivery of raw materials, imported ingredients, and packaging materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials.
• Continuously monitor supply levels and anticipate any potential disruptions or shortages, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
• Implement inventory management strategies to maintain the optimum level of stock, minimizing excesses and stockouts.

Quality Control:

• Develop and enforce strict quality control measures for incoming raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, perform laboratory analyses, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality-related issues if they arise.
• Warehousing and Logistics:
• Oversee the management of the warehouse facilities, ensuring optimal storage conditions and efficient handling of materials.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries to meet production requirements while minimizing transportation costs and lead times.
• Work closely with transportation providers and logistics partners to optimize routes, monitor on-time deliveries, and manage related documentation.
