- Responsible for organizing the production lines and their related workforce according to the periodical production plans and production standards and procedures
- Management and control of production line efficiency
-Identify the defects of products produced and provide remedial action to resolve the problem
- Identify production problems and provide solutions to improve them Costs control to achieve company budget goals
- Report the production status and quality of products to the factory manager
-Take all necessary actions to manage production costs and improve profitability.
- Strong leadership of production personnel
Requirements
- B.S./ M.S. in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management
- At least 5 years of experience in food Industry also having min 3 years of experience in production manageing
- Fluent in English Language
- Qualified in computer skills including Ms Office, engineering tools etc.
- Having appropriate knowledge in quality management and food industry standards (Iso 9001 & 22000 & HACCP)
