Job Description
*Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing a comprehensive production plan based on the organization's overall goals.
- Monitoring the implementation of production programs in different units.
- Coordination between production, technical, procurement, warehouse and quality control units.
- Managing production capacity and optimizing the use of resources (machines, manpower and raw materials).
- Continuous monitoring of production processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Review and analysis of production performance indicators
- Identification of bottlenecks and implementation of process improvement projects
- Evaluating the performance of production unit employees and improving their competence.
- Supervision of safety training and preventive measures to reduce work accidents.
- Monitoring the timely supply of raw materials and spare parts needed for production. Analysis of production trends, costs, stoppages and line productivity.
- Proposing research and development plans (R&D) to update products and methods.
- Effective interaction with other assistants (financial, commercial, technical, human resources, etc.) to synergize performance.
*Employment conditions
- At least a bachelor's degree in one of the fields of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial management, food industry or other related fields
- At least 8 to 10 years of useful work experience in the field of food production, preferably in similar industries
- Having at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a production assistant in a food production unit
- Mastering the concepts and indicators of productivity, capacity measurement and process control
- Ability to manage human resources, schedule and control production projects
- Getting to know the principles of preventive maintenance and repairs (PM/TPM)
- Leadership and the ability to lead large work teams
- Decisive, logical decision-making based on data analysis
