Job Description

A Product Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities relating to researching, designing, and marketing products on behalf of their employer. Their duties include completing market research to find out more about competitor products or customer needs, overseeing a team of product professionals and department budgets and coordinating with the customer service department to identify potential product defects or customer suggestions, develop individual campaigns and marketing creations Report changes to the executive team and use their feedback for commercial markets Analyze changes in amounts and expenses. Responsibilities: ● Monitor new product prices and competitors' marketing activities. ● Target and formulate sales policies in branches by sales channels. ● Offer pre-sale plans and incentive plans review of statistical purchasing trends and provide solutions to improve the sales process. ● Continuous and effective communication with the sales team or visiting branches. ● Perform product events and training sessions. ● Prepare reports and document and record information regularly. ● Create budgets with financial managers and prepare financial performance reports.
