● Research and analyze market trends in order to evaluate, select and improve products' portfolio.
● Competitor and customer insights analysis to select best product.
● Analyze sales data and collaborate with sales team to set sales targets for new products.
● Review new products of competitors, changes in the package, promotions of competing companies, marketing activities of competitors.
● Monitor customers performance, analyze sales data, resolve issue and increase sales.
● Review the sales trend of the product group, market share percentage, and identify sales growth potentials.
● Collaborate the process of brand development, in line with business strategies.
● Formulate strategies to lunch and sale new products and services.
● Prepare product roadmaps using long-term business strategies and benchmarks.
● Analyze the current experience of users and enhance this experience based on best benchmarks on both sides of the domestic and international practices.
● Collect customer reviews and feedback and prioritize areas of the product that need improvement.
● Participate in budgeting meetings and production budget proposals.
● Recognize market opportunities and determine new product strategy.
● Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation to planning and execution.
● Create Performance/Operation reviews & reports to management on a Biweekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis or at any further intervals needed.
Requirements
● Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager in a startup or food and beverage company. Fast food chain store experience is a plus.
● BA/BS in industrial engineering, management or MBA.
● Excellent communication skills in delivering concepts.
● Good command of English.
● Creative thinker, problem solver, independent personality with self-disciplined personality.
