- To be suppliers brand advocate within sales and distribution system and ensure proper implementation of supplier's strategies and meeting sales targets of the brand(s) under supervision
- Set monthly and annual sales objectives and cascade them down into different sales channels, areas, SKUs, etc.
- Ensure proper implementation of all sales and marketing projects related to the brand under his/her supervision
- Ensure supplier's strategy and sales team objectives are aligned
- Monitor sales trend, train sales team, and ensure meeting sales objectives
- To be responsible for the successful launch of new products
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competition, and sales trend, identify challenges, and propose effective solution to overcome those challenges
- Leveraging sales expertise and advising suppliers on proper sales and marketing strategies for their brands
- Propose trade promotions and sales force incentives to help achieving targets
- Manage Inventory system and ensure orders are in place based on sales demands.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on new potential products to be added to the sales baskets
- Introduce the new product/s by analyzing the market and propose the business plan
- Provide all requested information and reports to BU Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor university degree preferably in MBA/Masters
- At least 2 years' experience in customer goods
- Good marketing/branding knowledge in FMCG field
- Strong Analytical mind
