Job Description

• Control line efficiency and make improvements • Making and Designing the optimal production process to prevent quality problems • Improving efficiency and decreasing costs • Designing new product and Components • Creating 3D model and Technical drawings • Preparing BOM, Operation Process Chart, Control Plan… • Design Gauges and Fixtures • Check and analysis the relevant standards • Improvement in production equipment and Tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical engineering • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience • Familiar with computer skills such as Excel, word... • Proficient in designing with Catia and Mechanical Desktop • Extensive experience in GD & T • Familiar with reverse engineering and product designing • Familiar with Metrology and Precision Engineering • Familiar with SQA terms • Basic understanding of the Sheet Metal Forming & Plastic Injection process • Acceptable knowledge in mould designing • Acceptable knowledge in Gauge and Fixture designing • Interpersonal communication skills
