Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven procurement team lead to oversee and optimize the sourcing and purchasing activities at Tapsi Garage. In this role, you will lead the procurement team to ensure the availability of high-quality automotive parts at the best possible value, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and aligning with the strategic goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the procurement team to meet performance targets and business goals.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish long-term, trustworthy partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply chain risks to inform procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with the warehouse, operations, and commercial teams to align procurement with demand forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding purchasing and inventory.
• Optimize procurement processes using data and insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement metrics, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
• +5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce sector.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Persian.
