Job Description
Overseas and Local purchases:
• Conducts research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery terms, and quality.
• Negotiation about prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
• Review, analyze and monitor quotes and bids, discover the most profitable suppliers.
• Develops organization requirements regarding goods, services, supplies, equipment, etc.
• Establishes long-term and strategic procurement planning objectives.
• Follow up A-Z Overseas and Local purchases.
• Develops and implements purchasing information systems for establishing more transparency.
• Establishes K-P-I and evaluation processes to assess procurement activities in terms of progress, results, value and cost.
• Prepares monthly reports of departmental activities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Perform management of risk assessments for all suppliers and contracts.
• Report against budget outcomes, and cost savings via negotiation and strategic initiatives on a regular basis.
• Review and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
• The leadership of the Procurement team.
