Job Description

Overseas and Local purchases: • Conducts research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery terms, and quality. • Negotiation about prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders. • Review, analyze and monitor quotes and bids, discover the most profitable suppliers. • Develops organization requirements regarding goods, services, supplies, equipment, etc. • Establishes long-term and strategic procurement planning objectives. • Follow up A-Z Overseas and Local purchases. • Develops and implements purchasing information systems for establishing more transparency. • Establishes K-P-I and evaluation processes to assess procurement activities in terms of progress, results, value and cost. • Prepares monthly reports of departmental activities. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Perform management of risk assessments for all suppliers and contracts. • Report against budget outcomes, and cost savings via negotiation and strategic initiatives on a regular basis. • Review and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities. • The leadership of the Procurement team.

Requirements

• Education BS-MA degree of Business or MBA. • Experience Minimum 7 years Procurement Management and having knowledge and experience of foreign and local purchasing. • Ability to forecast and prepare budgets, conduct financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness. • Full dominance on release affairs, customs rules, incoterms, NTSW, EPL. • Predicting and estimating the cost of purchasing and transporting. • Planning and presenting plans to control and reduce unnecessary costs. • Proficient in the principles and techniques of negotiation. • Flexible and resistant in stressful conditions. • Strong analytical & Strategic thinking skills. • Ability to follow up continuously. • Ability to follow up continuously. • Good time-management skills. • Effective communication skills. • Problem-solving skills. • Strong English ability (Writing/spoken) • Strong MS Office-Outlook skills. • Ideal Age Range: 30 – 40
