-Finding reliable, qualified and economical sources for supply of raw material and components (local & foreign) and enhancing sources for all raw materials.
-Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
-Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
-Developing new structure for various type of contract and reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
-Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
-Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
-Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
-Planning and providing necessary proposals related to the maintenance and development of procurement system
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
-8 years' Prior management experience at procurement or supply chain fields in manufacturing companies
-In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
-Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Fluent in planning, feasibility, capacity measurement
-Ideal Age Range: 34 - 48
