Job Description

● Develop and implement company purchasing policies and procedures. ● Negotiate and conclude supply contracts. ● Monitor suppliers and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions. ● Discuss defective or poor-quality goods with suppliers and negotiate corrective actions. ● Participate in industry-related events such as exhibitions and conferences to communicate with suppliers and learn about the latest changes and developments in the industry. ● Cooperate with the financial unit to ensure timely payment of suppliers.

Requirements

● Familiarity with building materials and implementation technologies. ● Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Management. ● At least ten years of work experience in construction companies. ● High ability to conduct effective negotiations with suppliers. ● High public relations.
