Position Procurement Coordinator
Reports to Logistics Manager
Supervision Logistics CO Staff
Duty station Tehran Iran
Travel 40 percent
Contract 3 months probation with possibility of extension

Role and Responsibilities

Procurement Coordinator ensures procurement processes follow NRC standards and support project implementation

Responsibilities

Implement NRC systems and procedures at country office
Ensure compliance with NRC policies donor and audit requirements
Prepare reports for Logistics Manager
Maintain proper filing of procurement documents
Manage logistics team
Ensure administrative systems are in place
Ensure transparency cost efficiency and anti corruption in procurement
Support training of staff and partners
Ensure SOP procedures are followed and checked regularly
Coordinate market assessments
Support managers with logistics procedures and training
Manage recruitment and performance of logistics staff

Specific Tasks

Lead and monitor procurement activities according to NRC procedures
Review contracts purchase orders and payments for compliance
Ensure procurement documents are complete for audits
Develop and implement procurement plans
Submit monthly logistics KPI reports
Coordinate with programme teams for timely procurement
Provide logistics training and coaching
Support bid committee documentation and decisions
Develop supplier vendor lists
Conduct counter terrorism checks for suppliers

Competencies

Experience as logistics coordinator or senior officer
Experience in complex environments
Strong reporting and data analysis skills
Knowledge of market analysis
Good leadership awareness
Fluency in English is a must
