Preparing documents for Microsoft Office. Archive Room Coordination: Organizing and maintaining tender documents and registering them. Making arrangements for returning the bid bonds to bidders. Communicating with Bidders: Making arrangements with bidders to execute tenders. Ensuring proper exchange of documents and correspondence for ongoing tenders. Coordinating clarification and follow-up actions. Gathering and completing bidders' information for future tenders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in industrial management, or related fields. 4 years of working in the Oil and Gas industry. Upper-Intermediate English. Able to work fast and multitask. Very cooperative and a team worker.
