Job Description

● Implementation and establishment of the Project Management Office. ● Implementation of project management processes within the company and its affiliated companies. ● Monitoring and analyzing the projects’ status and preparing analytical reports. ● Provide management reports. ● Prioritize projects as per strategic business objectives. ● Reuse project learning and knowledge. ● Maximize strategic & billable resource utilization. ● Mentor and train project managers. ● Facilitate team collaboration and communication.

Requirements

● BSc/MSc degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering from the top-ranked universities. ● Demonstrated knowledge in enterprise project management. ● Minimum seven years' experience in project management field. ● Working experience at PMOs in holding companies is highly desirable. ● Ability to work on multiple projects. ● Command over MSP, P6, and MS Office package. ● Being familiar with enterprise project management solutions. ● Having Project Management Professional (PMP) certification may be advantageous. ● Strong leadership skills. ● Strong attention to details and technicalities. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Be presentable with teamwork skills. ● Ideal age range: less than 40.
