Job Description

The main objective of this team is to onboard new sellers from inflow to readiness of performing level. Some of the key results of this position are actions to decrease the duration of seller acts and increase the CR of the inflow funnel and the quality of performance. As a platform onboarding specialist, you’re responsible for the live conversion of sellers and the onboarding score they earn in their lifetime. This onboarding score includes the most important seller journey milestones such as content creation and operational performance. So planning and optimizing SOPs for better conversion and better onboarding scores is our main objective.

Description:

New sellers’s registration approval.
New sellers selling document approval.
Mandatory and other training webinars (courses) for new sellers.
Training approval process.
Training and onboarding journeys (test/monitoring/optimizing).
Responding to assigned training tickets.
Keeping training docs and materials (articles, videos, or webinars) up to date.
Walkthrough of seller panel.
LMS Outsourcing and maintenance.
Onboarding planning based on data analysis.
Weekly report for the department.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of experience in the same companies and start-ups onboarding teams.
Strong strategic and negotiation skills to make sound commercial decisions Speed, flexibility, and an agile mindset.
Proactive, creative, innovative, and organized, to work cross-functional under tight deadlines.
Teamwork and building approach.
Result oriented.
High execution ability, regardless of the nature of what needs to be executed, with high speed and accuracy.
Fluent in Microsoft Office.
Proficient with Excel, and PowerPoint and comfortable with collaboration and asset management tools like Google Drive, etc.
Analytical skills.
Project management skills.
