Platform Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee activities directly related to improving the platform and providing services. • Direct and coordinate activities of team members & departments concerned with the production, operation and support of services. • Provide & review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing change or improvement. • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. • Establish, implement, communicate and update business level policies, goals, objectives, and procedures • Conferring with organization officials, cross-functional teams and staff members as necessary and being actively involved in decision-making. • Participate in all phases of the software engineering life cycle. Especially analysis, UX design and data analytic. • Evaluate new design proposals and investigate and recommend solutions and process improvements that deliver greater efficiency or performance benefits • Actively oversee content stream to ensure content being updated and maintained • Actively contact, communicate and negotiate with content owners, if necessary, and gain the results in terms of campaigns implementation and management • Oversee the quality of customer support and update and create appropriate canned responses. • Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up
