Job Description
• Manage customer satisfaction, supplier quality, quality system and technical support (laboratory and metrology).
• Contribute in APQP process.
• Ensure that the product and process FMEA's and control plans are correctly performed and regularly reviewed.
• Ensures preparation, validation and archiving of reference samples
• Effectively communicate performance expectations, manage, evaluate, monitor and develop employees to ensure their maximum contribution to the achievement of high quality output.
• The position reports to the Plant Director.
