Plant Manager (Cold Forming Tubes)

Tubacex was awarded by NIOC with the biggest order ever for OCTG tubes. We will build and start up a cold forming plant to produce seamless CRA tubes on Kish Island or elsewhere in South Iran. Therefore we are looking for a Senior Plant Manager for following tasks: -In the beginning you coordinate the construction of the new cold forming plant and the installation of all cold forming equipment and hire a competent team to run the operations. -After successful set up of the cold forming plant you are in charge of the overall operational performance of our production plant. -You are responsible for providing overall strategic leadership for your organization including the daily overall management of the plant -You lead a team of approx. 50 technicians, engineers and administrative employees ((production, customer service, planning & logistics, quality and maintenance department) -You follow up the production process, ensure optimal output, in time deliveries, efficiency, quality and safety and drive continuous improvement -In the function as Plant Manager you got the overall P&L responsibility.
