Job description: 1. Sales planning and forecasting based on the company's macro goals and data analysis in different geographical areas and product groups on a monthly and quarterly basis. 2. Creating a continuous monitoring mechanism and identifying deviations from the goals 3. Providing preventive analysis based on market and industry trends 4. Creating coordination between the sales and marketing and production units to ensure the achievement of goals 5. Proposing key indicators of sales performance in different channels and creating a mechanism to monitor them 6. Directing case projects that are defined in the sales planning unit Qualifying conditions: - At least 5 years of related work experience as a sales planning manager - Related education including management, industries and economics - Mastering the concepts and tools of sales planning and control - High skill in problem solving, organizational communication, negotiation and team management - Complete mastery of analysis and reporting software including Power BI, Power Query and advanced Excel
