Responsibilities

Capacity planning and monitoring
Resource planning and ensuring the availability of resources for on-time delivery
Driving process improvements and automation for demand planning tools to reduce manual data aggregation and increase visibility into the forecast analysis
Manage the execution of logistics plans and ensure compliance with targets
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics and prepare management reports
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Operational process optimization

Required skills and qualifications

Excellent analytical skills and proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI data models.
Automation tools familiarity
Prediction skills
Python Familiarity
Familiarity with statistical analysis.
Familiarity with operational environments and their challenges
Proven organizational skills, including time management, communication (written and verbal), and teamwork
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
Attention to detail

Preferred skills and qualifications

BS or MS degree in industrial engineering or related fields
Two or more years of experience in similar roles
