Job Description
Identify supply chain planning gaps and define required improvement projects to close them effectively.
Control and manage supply chain planning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery.
Plan and standardize supply chain management processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
Maintain continuous collaboration with all supply chain stakeholders (procurement, logistics, operations, sales) to ensure fully integrated supply chain planning.
Prepare, analyze, and standardize supply chain reports to support data-driven decision-making at all levels.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand & supply alignment, or process improvement roles.
Familiar with mapping, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and dashboard design to support supply chain visibility.
