Job Description

• Make phone calls to customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and after-sales service team and cooperate with internal teams to coordinate projects and deliver products and services on time and with quality.
• Prepare and present daily and monthly reports on department activities and feedback to management.
• Respond to customer requests and questions to provide better services.
• Prepare and present sales proposals in accordance with customer needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales.
• Identify and attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Requirements:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least one year of work experience in a related field.
• Ability to analyze and model existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to design, implement, and improve methods and processes to increase productivity.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Ability to analyze data and model systems such as Visio, Microsoft Project or ERP.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with different teams and convey technical concepts to individuals.
• Ability to plan, implement, and monitor projects and processes to improve systems and methods in after-sales services.
• Accurate, organized, dynamic, responsible, persistent, and responsive.
• Proficient in preparing project schedules and controls.
• Familiarity with the processes of companies in customer service and support.
• Mastery of systems analysis methods.
• Work experience in sales and after-sales services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with after-sales and sales service techniques.
• Teamwork and organizational ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Skills in using software related to customer management and sales.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members.
