We are looking for a highly motivated and exceptionally qualified Planning and development manager. as a planning and development manager you are responsible for lead the business Planning and Development strategies, coach and advise managers in all aspects of planning and development , contribute to the development of the HR strategy, and manage the effective implementation of supporting operational plans and processes As the Finance Manager, your duties will include: The Planning and development manager works under the CEO authority for: -Coordinating the development of strategic plans for the enterprise - Reviewing company performance relative to the development plan - leading, implementing and maintaining effective and efficient development policies and processes that reflect and support the delivery of priorities and objectives - providing ad hoc advice to managers and employees on planning and development -Working with others to establish, implement and maintain appropriate systems for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting - Ensuring effective planning and common understanding of targets in order to achieve business requirements - Scheduling and delegating tasks required to successfully complete the company's initiatives - working with other department heads to establish business milestones and work to complete targets effectively - Managing the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the company - Holding regular meetings with all departments to ensure communication and expectations -Actively seeking to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior And other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Requirements

Candidate's Qualifications: - Master's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Project Management/ MBA or related field is preferred - +5 years of related experience as Planning and Development Manager - Extensive knowledge of management theory and practical applications in the workplace -Effective communication skills for communicating with senior management and other departments - Strong understanding of business goals and standards - Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same - Good planning and organizational skills - Persuasive and goal-oriented - Self-motivated, results-driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving targets - Analytical and Advanced skills - Teamwork
