Job Description
-Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets & pharmacies and other trade factors, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts.
-Provide product information and deliver product samples.
-Regularly calls on office, pharmacies and distributer visitors & accounts within a defined sales territory to achieve budgeted sales volume and other established goals.
-Maintain and further develop established accounts, and develop new accounts to increase market penetration.
-Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
