Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: • Provide high-level administrative assistance, business development and project support to CEO/Chairman/President. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for secretarial duties, management and administration task such as drafting letters and memos, agenda and minutes of meeting, circular, maintaining a proper filing system, attending to correspondences. • Monitor the CEO's calendar and appointments and handle all his correspondence. • To facilitate effective communication with all the departments to and from the CEO in order to achieve efficient operation • Commission work on behalf of the CEO • Assist the CEO to follow up on day to day administrative operational matters, monitoring deadlines, follow up on instructions • Maintain strict confidentially and interact personally with all levels of management, staff and business associates • Assist in screening phone calls, enquiries & requests and handling the where appropriate • To be able to handle multiple jobs and handle work pressure • To undertake special and ad hoc assignment when necessary • Arrange travel and accommodation requirements • Perform other relevant duties as and when assigned

Requirements

QUALIFICATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. • Required skill(s): inter personal skill, communication skill, MS Office. • Required language(s): English • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Applicants must be willing to work in Tehran. • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. • Willing to Travel to Overseas and out of city. • Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters • A pleasant personality with initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision • Able to take initiative and possess sound judgment in relation to determining the appropriate response to requests and issues as they arise • Full-Time position.
