Job Description

  • Develop and oversee the overall performance marketing strategy.
  • Create and manage Google Ad (SEM) campaigns.
  • Review and optimize all advertising campaigns to improve ROAS.
  • Develop and oversee email marketing strategy and marketing automation.
  • Manage Google Analytics to measure all parameters of marketing campaigns.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization and run A/B tests, and user reviews/feedback to improve conversion rates across channels.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing concepts.
  • Getting to know Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Getting to know the latest trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Business Management, or Computer Engineering.
