- Develops long-range objectives and strategic plans
- Identifying internal and external strategic issues that could affect growth and performance.
- Develops and monitors profitability, productivity, and growth targets.
- Provides ad hoc analytics
- Essential Functions:
- Performance Monitoring
- Proactively drive performance within assigned responsibilities including the preparation of the monthly variance analysis and coordination of the Monthly Operating Reviews (including Action Plans to address performance).
- Daily productivity monitoring.
- Participate in semi-annual benchmarking
- Coordinate the budget and forecasting process for the assigned Service Area and/or Functional Areas.
- Prepare adhoc analysis as required by C-Level Officer.
Requirements
- 5+ years within the field of finance and investment industry
- B.Sc. or Master Degree in management, Industrial engineering, or related fields
- Deep Knowledge in Performance management
- Performance Tuning & Capacity
- Familiar with Objectives and key results
