● Design and implementation of performance management system at individual, unit and organizational levels.
● Design, development and monitor of key performance indicators (KPI) of different units according to the strategies and goals of the organization.
● Supervise and follow up in order to hold targeting meetings at the beginning of the course and develop a performance agreement form (provide advice and guidance to managers in developing an agreement form if necessary).
● Develop a schedule for evaluating and engaging with managers to better perform performance management.
● Prepare the required analytical reports at the end of each evaluation period.
