Job Description

● Design and implementation of performance management system at individual, unit and organizational levels. ● Design, development and monitor of key performance indicators (KPI) of different units according to the strategies and goals of the organization. ● Supervise and follow up in order to hold targeting meetings at the beginning of the course and develop a performance agreement form (provide advice and guidance to managers in developing an agreement form if necessary). ● Develop a schedule for evaluating and engaging with managers to better perform performance management. ● Prepare the required analytical reports at the end of each evaluation period.

Requirements

● Full knowledge of KPI and OKR concepts. ● Full familiarity with competency models. ● Familiar with performance management models. ● Consistent and detail-oriented. ● Ability to think systemic and analytic. ● Effective communication. ● Active listener. ● Creative. ● Ability to work with teams and being result-oriented. ● Perfectly familiar with Microsoft Office. ● 2 years of work experience in the same job group. ● MSc of MBA , Strategic or Business Management. ● Upper intermediate knowledge of English.
