Job Description

- Design and deployment of performance evaluation system - Preparation and compilation of general and specific criteria and indicators for the evaluation of the performance of all units of the organization - Preparation and formulation specific and general performance evaluation Criteria - Data survey and administrative data collection in the areas of program optimization and career development - Design, review and analysis of collected data - R & D on performance evaluation methods - Provide and analyze of Performance Evaluation Report for Personnel and Units - Preparation of requested management reports

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor degree in HR, MBA, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Management - 5 years experiences in this field - Mastering Office software - High flexibility, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, teamwork spirit and time management
