Job Description

* Payroll Calculation
* To establish and maintain records and filing systems for all staff to ensure their efficient and effective use.
* To ensure all employees are covered by medical insurance.
* To prepare contracts for new joiners and ensure their timely availability in their respective files.
* To ensure the timely annual delivery of employees’ contracts.
* To keep updated personnel data sheets of the staff.
* To follow up on the probation forms of the new employees from the line managers and ensure receipt of them.

Requirements:


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
* Reasonable knowledge of Iranian labor law.
* Very good command of MS Excel.
* Able to speak English fluently.
* Good communication skills.
* Able to negotiate with suppliers effectively.
