Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate employee salaries and wages, income taxes, social security contributions, and other payroll deductions.

• Record and reconcile payroll-related accounting transactions.

• Calculate sick leave payments, annual leave, business travel expenses, end-of-service benefits, and other employee compensations.

• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports required by local authorities and regulatory bodies.

• Generate payroll statistics and management reports as required.

• Prepare payroll registers and bank transfer files for salary and benefit payments.

• Reconcile payroll taxes and social insurance contributions with relevant authorities.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Human Resources Department.

• Process employee benefits, bonuses, and compensation payments.

• Collect, analyze, and prepare payroll and workforce-related information requested by management.

Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Must be residents of Ahvaz

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll accounting.

✔ Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor law, taxation, and social security regulations.

✔ Experience with accounting and payroll software.

✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

✔ High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills.

✔ English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B1) level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or EPC companies.
Experience in multinational or international working environments.
