Job Description
- Periodic monitoring and review of service reports to identify strengths and weaknesses, problems and system bottlenecks.
- Measuring and evaluating the capabilities of designed software services using data analysis.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Shatab and Shaperk standards.
- Familiarity with bank switches.
- Proficient in switch and card standards.
- Familiarity with TSQL or PL/SQL.
- Getting to know Windows Server.
- Getting to know the acceptance switch support.
- Familiarity with ISO8583 standard.
