Air France - KLM one of the leading European airlines in worldwide air transportation is currently recruiting in Tehran Airport station for a Passenger handling supervisor. As Passenger Handling Supervisor you are responsible for a smooth running of Passenger Services at the airport. You manage passenger service staff, ensure flight punctuality and contribute to increase the customer satisfaction. The Passenger Handling Supervisor works closely with staff from other operational areas within the airport including Ground Handling Company, security and airline and airport representatives. Core Activities: • Supervise the check-in process to make sure that procedures & regulations are followed • Make sure that Passenger flows from document check, check in and boarding, are maintained • Ensure that Passengers as well as colleagues have up to date information about the flight • Provide assistance to passengers with special needs • Supervise the handling of problems with lost, damaged or misdirected property • Supervise the lounge operations
Requirements
• College degree • Previous experience with station operations in Passenger Handling - experience in a supervisory position is a pre • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Farsi and English • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Flexible to respond to changing priorities & unexpected problems • High level of computer skills • Willing to work in early morning, evening and night shifts
