Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Parts Sales Manager with a background in B2B sales and good knowledge of the machinery and spare parts market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, building effective customer relationships, and driving the achievement of sales plans and targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and follow up on the achievement of sales targets
• Lead and follow up on the activities of the parts sales team
• Oversee the sales process, from receiving customer inquiries to invoicing and payment collection
• Build and develop customer relationships and conduct customer and operational site visits when required
• Conduct commercial negotiations and participate in reviewing parts sales contracts
• Monitor the spare parts market, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Monitor parts inventory, review slow-moving and obsolete items, and contribute to order planning based on market and sales requirements
• Hold regular meetings with the sales team and Service department and provide required reports to management
• Review and approve sales orders and related documents within defined levels of authority
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other related fields
• At least 7 years of relevant B2B sales experience, including relevant experience in spare parts sales, with at least 3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team
• Practical knowledge and experience in the spare parts market; experience with heavy machinery or industrial equipment parts is an advantage
• Good negotiation, sales, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to plan, follow up, and prepare sales reports
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good working proficiency in English for business correspondence and reviewing relevant documents
• Availability for customer and operational site visits when required
