● Provide managerial and engineering expertise to direct reports within the Packaging Engineering Department.
● Lead multi-divisional projects and maintain a network for reporting and gathering information.
● Responsible for the staffing, organizing, training, and coordination of activities for engineers and other technical staff positions within the Packaging Engineering department.
Requirements
● At least five years of work experience.
● Familiar with the process of buying paper and plastic.
● Full familiarity with all raw materials, equipment, and packaging required by-products.
● Familiar with printing and packaging.
● Familiar with suppliers in the field of packaging.
● Familiar with printing and packaging.
● Familiar with packaging and printing machines.
● Fluent in English.
