Job Description

  • Documenting, and preparing work procedures and instructions for the internal and external purchasing department.
  • Transferring orders to suppliers and conducting initial negotiations.
  • Managing time and resources by dividing work tasks according to the processes of the purchasing chain (ordering, obtaining permits, financing).
  • Pursuing the proper implementation of purchasing processes, including application registration, ordering, obtaining permits, providing financial resources and payment.
  • Preparing documented reports using statistics and information and figures obtained from different units, supply and demand markets.
  • Following up on complaints received from returned goods, waste and declared deficits.
  • Studying relevant documents and making sure of them.

Requirements

  • Mastery of transportation.
  • Mastery of import and export laws.
  • English proficiency.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with order registration.
  • Familiarity with internal and external procurement and contracts.
  • Familiarity with the basic principles of pharmacy.
  • Familiarity with products and raw materials.
  • Familiarity with the principles of negotiation techniques.
