• Technical pre-sales activities • Managing projects • Participating in project implementation team • Project roll-out and passing the acceptance tests • Onsite support (consulting, trouble shooting) and maintenance for customers • Provide Training for customers • Communicating with Oracle’s team and Oracle support center • Keeping up to date by participating in Oracle training courses and acquiring certifications • Preparing periodic reports to CTO/PM • Work with PMO in developing and executing project plans within assigned schedule and timeline • Participation in management meetings • Meeting defined KPIs • Achieve highest customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Strong ability and knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • 7 years of experience in Oracle related projects • Fluent English (verbal and written) • Familiar with international companies’ culture • High-level communication and negotiation skills, confident decision-making ability • Ability to planning and consistent implementation • Handling of priority, advanced level of `Task and Time Management` • Reliable independent work, success-oriented, energetic personality • Ability to act with highest performance in stressful conditions • Self-motivated and Team work attitude • Client-facing and good communication skills • Having related Oracle certification is an advantage • Familiar with Linux OS • Deep Oracle DB and tools know-how • Having experience in Installation and upgrade of oracle technology products • Ability to deploy complex security scenarios • Expert in database monitoring, performance tuning and monitoring • Familiar with implementing complex backup/recovery strategies • Familiar with Oracle MetaLink service for applying patches and trouble shooting • At-least 3 successful RAC/Data Guard implementation • Experience in implementing Data Warehouse and B/I applications • Expert in PL/SQL • Familiar and talented in Oracle development tools • Knowledge in web-based programming and application development • Know-how and experience in utilizing AIM • Good knowledge on Oracle Applications modules • Familiar with ERP, CRM and SCM concepts • Success story in implementing at-least one Oracle Applications module
