• Operator of PLC based automatic line with a robot to feed the production line (manipulation of the robot)
• Startup and operation the production line and control of the different production processes.
• Learning and control of production switches. Fine-tuning of the robots (ABB
And/or Kuka).
• Together with maintenance department responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Keeping track of the administration for quality system.
• Keeping workspace tidy and clean.
• Quality control of the products (curved glass)
Requirements
• You can operate independently.
• Good technical skills, stress resistant, somebody we can rely on.
• You have a bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or relevant skills through experience.
• Production is 24/7 so working in shifts is part of the job.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish, French are a plus.
