Job Description

Operations Expert's sole focus is customer service management for Ocean (sea-freight) & Land (Trucking) Departments supporting the sales team - Liaising with International Agents and Carriers to get rates for Import/Export/Transit Shipments - Monitoring shipments from A-Z using Company Software - Documentation, and working closely with agents, sales team, accounting department, and clients - Shipment Management using software - Delivery Order, warehouse receipt, and EPL - Administration - Salary: Negotiable - Other Benefits: Health insurance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any subject - At least 1 year of work experience in the international transport/logistics industry - Highly motivated - Time management, meeting deadlines, and multitasking - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Good knowledge of IT skills including MS office - Good command of English language skills - Gender: Male or female - Ideal age: 25-40
