● Communicate with agents to fulfill shipment requirements during different steps of shipment.
● Build a proactive relationship with a sales expert to satisfy customers' requirements.
● Check all terms of cargo (Air, sea, and land) shipping documents.
● Probation period: 2 weeks.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 16: 30 PM; Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
Requirements
● At least 1 year of experience in shipping (operation and Demurrage).
● High ability to persuade agents and vendors.
● University qualification is mandatory.
● Knowledge of INCOTERMS.
● Knowledge of English is a must.
● Ideal age range: 20 to 35 years old.
