
Job Description
The person is responsible for purchasing goods in his/her category (FMCG, Home Appliances or Clothes) based on company purchasing procedures and standards. Main Responsibilities: • Converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders • Transmitting purchase orders to external producers/suppliers • Monitoring timely confirmation of purchase orders • Perform purchasing accounting and documentation • Monitoring timely delivery of ordered goods • Assuring delivery of goods to the internal destination: • On the requested date • At the requested place • In the requested quantity and quality • With all the required documents • Proceeded by all the requested confirmations and acknowledgements Job location: Tehran - Karaj
Requirements
University degree is required At least 3 years experience Having the knowledge of local market Very good communication skills Very good negotiation skills Very good filing and documentation skills Good connection with local producers and suppliers Knowledge of local market sourcing, availabilities and dynamics Ability to work under pressure
