In this job position, we expect them to perform the following responsibilities well: ● Reviewing and analyzing the market, competitors, and customer's desires. ● Budgeting and writing business plan and business model. ● Negotiating with suppliers, companies, and B2B sellers and preparing supply planning. ● Preparing sales promotion plans and marketing campaigns for all sales channels. ● Monitoring the processes of supply, sales, logistics, and customer relations. ● Monitoring the inventory of products in the warehouse and being aware of updating the inventory on the website. ● Monitoring and planning site content and informing sales plans. ● Monitoring the store's website and preparing and reviewing reports related to the website and presenting it. ● Coordinating and facilitating financial processes according to the instruction determined by the financial department. ● Coordinating and integrating different sales channels (Website, Instagram, Telegram, etc.). ● Monitoring processes related to social networks. ● Reporting to the CEO.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree. ● At least three years of work experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and online stores. ● Ability to formulate a business plan and business strategy, design sales plans and promotions calendar, and design marketing plans. ● Familiar with SEO and Google Analytics. ● Communication skills. ● Knowledge and ability to negotiate. ● Creative and creative. ● Ability to work in a team. ● Commitment to the organization and accuracy in work and high speed. ● Interested in learning and updating individual knowledge. ● Motivated to face new challenges. ● Energetic and enthusiastic. ● Result-oriented and capable of teamwork.
