● Developing and monitoring all online sales activity.
● Researching and implementing most effective online services and methods to grow sale.
● Reporting sales performance and cost per sale data to senior management
● Call center management of online and telephone orders.
● Providing annual sales budget and follow up to achieve it.
● Collaborating in measuring customer satisfaction and implementing programs to increase their satisfaction.
● Analyzing the market, customers, competitors, and products and services continuously and provide related reports.
● Persuading staff from other teams to be customer centric, while them having different, even opposite goals/KPIs.
● Creating positive relationship with other departments’ leaders to create efficient cooperation environment and deliver second to none solutions.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in related fields.
● Fluent in Excel.
● Fluent in communication skills.
● Fluent in telephone and face-to-face negotiation techniques.
● Fluent in teamwork and problem-solving power.
● Minimum 3 years experience in online sales and customer relation.
