Job Description and Responsibilities:
*Develop, review, and monitor the master production plan for oil extraction plants based on demand forecasts, refining complex requirements, and site operational capacities.
*Maintain continuous coordination with oil extraction, refining, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure a stable supply of crude oil and meal, and manage production plan deviations.
*Manage inventory levels and the transfer flow of crude oil between sites and storage tanks to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess stock.
*Plan and follow up on the transportation, customs clearance, and timely procurement of oilseeds and grains required for production lines.
*Design, develop, and monitor dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through analysis of ERP and operational system data.
*Participate in operational budgeting and provide analyses related to production capacity, efficiency, maintenance activities, and production scenarios.
*Prepare management and analytical reports on production status, inventory, capacity utilization, and plan variances to support S&OP and supply chain planning decision-making.
*Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the oil extraction planning team through training, coaching, and performance management.
Requirements:
*Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics principles.
*Expertise in inventory management (oilseeds and crude oil).
*Familiarity with oil extraction processes and the key factors affecting production efficiency.
*Proficiency in demand forecasting and capacity planning.
*Strong knowledge of specialized software, including ERP systems (PP/MM modules) and APS tools.
*Proficiency in English.
*Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
