Job Description

We are looking for an office secretary to coordinate with colleagues and assist management with office issues. List of responsibilities: ● Plan, coordinate, and hold plans and meetings with the CEO. ● Design and prepare required management reports. ● Do administrative correspondence in both English and Istanbul Turkish. ● Carry out clerical affairs, prepare minutes of meetings, and agenda of meetings, and prepare the required documents. ● Transmit messages and information with high accuracy to the CEO and respond and report the flow of information. ● Manage and arrange CEO meetings. ● Prepare all information in emails, reports, and telephones in the specified format. ● Set the minutes in both English and Istanbul Turkish. ● Organize and maintain the administrative archive system related to the CEO. ● Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO. ● Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agenda, reports, special projects, and other documents in line with the goals of the organization (in both English and Persian). ● Control incoming phone calls, receive and send detailed messages, and respond to requests in both English and Istanbul Turkish. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm; Thursdays from 8 am to 12 noon.

Requirements

● Familiarity with English and fluency in Istanbul Turkish. ● Confidentiality and confidentiality of sensitive information. ● Having creativity and talent in problem-solving. ● Responsible, orderly, and very accurate in performing assigned tasks. ● High accuracy and attention to detail. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office and preferably with an ICDL certificate. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Persistent, hardworking, and dynamic person. ● Strong public relations and communication skills. ● At least one to three years of work experience. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Translation.
