-Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
-Maintaining schedules and calendars
-Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
-Handle incoming emails as well as other issues and report to relevant person
-Handling MD guests, customers and clients
-Coordinates office management activities
-Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, and packages)
-Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 to 5:30 pm
-Thursday 8:30 to 1:30 pm
Requirements
-At least Bachelor degree
-Minimum 2 years experiences with administrative and clerical work
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power point & Excel, Outlook)
-Strong communication skills
-Strong ability to multitask
-Motivated and energetic
-Familiarity with English Language
-Familiarity with Photoshop
