-Provides administrative support to staff and serves as a liaison between members and administration
-Maintaining good relations with all managers and colleagues
-Providing the clients with correct information and responding them
-Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
-Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way.
-Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation.
-Maintaining and updating a follow up file for the purpose of reminding the Managing Director of functions, events, meetings, appointments and other related matters.
-Receives external/internal calls and directs them accordingly
-Maintains and update all staff and business partners’ contact/demographic information
Requirements
-At least B.S. degree
-Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
-Excellent attention to details and accurate working
-Adaptable & worthy behavior
-Preparing official letters
-Attentive and responsible with strong personality
-High organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time
-Proficiency in windows, including MS Word, EXCEL, Outlook
-Ability to conduct research and present data in a sufficient and well-written manner
-Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities
-Enough language skills (writing, listening, speaking and comprehension) both in Farsi and English / Knowing German language is an advantage
