• Assistant to partners
• General office administration, including organizing and coordinating meetings and events; taking and making phone calls, filing, mailing, taking deliveries, making travel arrangements
• coordination with the clients and any other office administration activity.
Requirements
Candidate MUST have the following criteria:
• FLUENCY in English language including high command in speaking, listening and writing skills;
• Good command of Windows and Office;
• High sense of responsibility and have a number of essential abilities including organization, planning and attention to details and ability to work as a team;
